加快工程保险制度的建立与完善

目前,我国有关方面在防范风险意识上比较薄弱,建设项目风险管理还相对滞后,工程保险市场尚处在发展的初级阶段,项目建设中面临的风险既不能有效防范,又不能有效转移,不少大型基础设施项目建设风险无法化解,造成比较严重的损失。因此,完善我国的工程保险制度已经迫在眉睫。
