| Abstract: | The current eco-economical situation of Dongchuan in Yunnan province was comprehensively analyzed in this paper. The results showed that the frail eco-economical system could result in natural calamity. Finally, the improvement including the implementation of shelter-forest system construction in upper reaches of Changjiang River and other measures were proposed. |
