| Abstract: | Financing in mid small enterprises is a worldwide problem.There are some common reasons for the difficulties meanwhile there are special causes for China’s mid small enterprises.To solve this problem,we should not only fully identify the signicicance of the rapid development of mid small enterprises,but also learn from other countries and regions,working out measures and policies to overcome this problem. |
