| 摘 要： | 中国实行的是社会主义市场经济 ,其道德伦理取向既要适应市场经济的运行规律 ,又要符合社会主义性质的要求 ,同时也要与中国传统文化相协调。这是一个继往开来 ,开拓创新的伟大事业 ,本文着重就企业文化建设如何体现中国社会主义市场经济对经济伦理的要求进行了探讨。
