铁路运输信息集成平台技术方案研究

铁路调度部门具有确保运输安全、组织客货运输、保证国家重点运输、满足客货运输需求的重要责任,而铁路运输信息数据颗粒度粗、时效性差、准确度低,已经不适应铁路运输发展的需要。在分析铁路受到点多面广、信息基础薄弱、网络条件不佳等制约因素影响,以及运输组织领域信息化存在主要问题的基础上,按照"一点采集、两级建库、三级应用"的思路,研究提出铁路运输信息集成平台技术方案构建。对铁路运输信息集成平台系统架构、逻辑架构、技术架构进行研究,结论表明,铁路运输信息集成平台形成运输数据整合与共享,实现基础数据平台的统一,提供精确的货车和机车追踪,优化运输组织数据依据,奠定智能化调度指挥基础。

A Research on the Technical Scheme of the Railway Transportation Information Integration Platform

The railway dispatching department has an important responsibility of ensuring transportation safety,organizing passenger and freight transportation,ensuring the state’s key transportation and meeting the demand of passenger and freight transportation.It is difficult to support the development of railway transportation because of its coarse grain size,poor timeliness and low accuracy.Based on the analysis of the constraints of the railway,such as wide coverage,weak information foundation,poor network conditions,and the main problems existing in the informatization of transportation organization,according to the idea of“one point collection,two level database construction and three level application”,the technical scheme of railway transportation information integration platform is put forward.The system architecture,logical architecture and technical architecture of railway transportation information integration platform are studied.The conclusion shows that railway transportation information integration platform forms transportation data integration and sharing,realizes the unification of basic data platform,provides accurate tracking of freight cars and locomotives,optimizes transportation organization data basis and lays the foundation for intelligent dispatching command.
