浅论供应链视角下实施延迟策略的条件

摘    要:简单地讲,延迟策略就是企业将制造、组装、包装、商标或其他增值活动推迟到当接到客户订单后立即进行,这种策略能够满足个性化需求,降低企业单位库存水平,快速响应客户,为企业获得竞争优势。然而,有效实施这种策略也不是轻而易举的事,现实中也不乏失败之案例。从供应链视角分析实现延迟策略的条件:产品特征、成本-收益分析、核心企业、优秀供应商、配送管理、现代信息技术、企业组织结构以及人力资源管理是严重影响延迟策略实现的关键因素。为了保证延迟策略的有效实施,管理者必须高度重视这些要素。

Abstract:Simply stated,postponement is that companies postpone final manufacturing,assembly,packaging,labeling,or other value-added activities until an ultimate customer is received.It can satisfy customized-demand,reduce firm SKUs level,response to customers quickly,so that the competitive advantages for companies is realized.However,it is not easy to effectively put this strategy in practice and there are still plenty of cases that are not successful in practice.From the point of supply chains,this essay analyses the conditions of postponement which conclude product attributes,cost-benefit analysis,focal firms,preferred suppliers,delivery management,modern information technology,structure of organizations and human resources management.To ensure effective postponement,Managers must think highly much of these key factors that have a great impact upon the effective accomplishment of postponement.
