我国农村就业中存在的问题与对策

文章对农业产业化水平、农业内部产业结构、非农产业发展水平、农民文化素质及农村基础设施建设状况等因素进行分析,认为这些方面存在的问题限制了农村就业空间的开拓,针对这些问题,进而提出拉长农业产业链,发展农村非农产业,优化农村居住环境等具体对策.

A Study on Problem and Countermeasure in Rural Employment

This paper pays attention to the level of agricultural industrialization,agriculture,internal structure,the level of development of non-agricultural industries,farmers' cultural qualities and the status of rural infrastructure.The response of these problems is proposed which is the lengthening of agricultural industrial chain,the development of rural non-agricultural industrial,quality of rural living environment.
