| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the discussion on city running of Chinese medium and small sized cities made by a group of mayors. It claims that running medium and small sized cities has to base on advanced city planning, provision of adequate infrastructure, and appropriate institutional facilities. Running cities includes making full use of intangible assets, vitalizes the added capital, broaden the investment area, and deepening the use of tangible assets and revitalizing the deposit lies in past urban development. |
