Study and Implement the Spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Conference of CPC to Push Healthy and Fast Development of Higher Vocational Education in Accordance with the Law

＂The decision of the CPC Central Committee on the comprehensive promotion of several ma- jor issues of the rule of law＂ approved by the 4th session of the 18th conference of CPC gives a major out- line.
