摘    要:在创新团队管理中资金、技术、人才等核心资源配置问题具有明显的边界属性,对这些属性因素予以清晰界定是创新团队提高管理效率的一个重要研究课题。文章创造性地将界面管理与创新团队有机结合,在剖析管理界面系统结构各类界面的前提下,通过应用BP-DEMATEL(即后馈神经网络(Back-Propagation Neuron network)与决策试行与评价实验室评价(DEMATEL)相融合的方法),提出一种创新团队管理界面系统关键影响因素识别方法。该方法不仅通过BP网络的联结权重替代直接影响矩阵(DIM)的元素,有效克服了传统DEMATEL方法专家构造DIM过于主观武断的内在缺陷,而且在创新团队界面分析过程中从和则、谐则视角充分体现了团队和谐管理的创新思维。实例验证结果表明,所提方法实践可操作性较强。

Abstract:The allocation of core resources,such as capital,technology and talent,etc.,has obvious boundaries in innova-tion team management, it is an important research topic to make clear definitions on these boundaries for innovation teams to improve management efficiency. The paper, under the premise of analyses on various types of interfaces of management inter-face system structure and creatively combining interface management with innovation team, puts forward a method of innova-tive team management interface system to identify the essential influence factors by using BP-DEMATEL,which is a meta-syn-thesis method of Back-Propagation Neuron network evaluation and Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMA-TEL) . This method not only effectively overcomes the internal defects of traditional DEMATEL method,which are caused by experts who are dogmatic in the construction of direct impact matrix (DIM), through connecting weights of BP network in-stead of the elements of direct impact matrix (DIM), but also fully reflects innovative thinking of HeXie team management from the perspective of“He Principle”and“Xie Principle”in the process of innovation team interface analysis. And the experiment results show that the proposed method has a strong operability.
