农业生产经营主体投资行为的实证分析——以安徽省5个区县为例

文章以安徽省5个区县200余户不同农业生产经营主体的调研数据为基础,运用Probit模型对新型农业生产经营主体和普通农户的固定与流动资本投资行为进行分析。研究结果表明,新型农业生产经营主体投资大于普通农户;经营主体向非农业的转型程度对于两类主体的农业生产投资均有负面影响;土地面积增大和土地租期延长促进新型农业生产经营主体提高农业投资水平;经营者个人学历对固定资本投资影响亦显著。文章认为需要提升农业生产者收入,改善土地流转制度以及改革农业贷款制度等措施,来调动农业生产经营主体投资积极性。

An Empirical Analysis on Investment Behavior of the Main Entities of Agricultural Production and Management --Evidence from 5 Districts and Counties in Anhui Province

The paper makes, on the basis of the survey data collecting from about 200 different main entities of agricultural production and management in 5 districts and counties of Anhui Province, an analysis on investment behavior about fixed and unfixed assets between main entities of modern agricultural production and management and ordinary farmers by applying Probit Model. The research results show that investment from the main entities of new agricultural production and management is high- er than that from the ordinary farmers; the extent of the main entities to non-agricultural transformation has a negative impact on both two types of investment in agricuhural production; both the increase of land area and the extension of land lease pro- mote the main entities to raise the level of agricuhural investment; the education background of the main entities also has a sig- uificant influence on fixed assets investment. The paper comes up with some measures, such as increasing the income of agri- cultural producers, improving land transfer system and reforming agricultural loan system, etc., should be taken in order to increase the main entities＇ investment enthusiasm.
