摘    要:本文研究心理契约、心理契约违背对企业家激励水平的影响,以及组织公平性对心理契约和企业家的激励作用。通过研究模型建立,调查问卷,收集数据,运用统计学方法进行数据分析,探讨了模型中各因素间的相互关系和作用,得出了研究结论,提出了对企业家的激励对策。

Abstract:Effect on the entrepreneur incentive level based on psychological contract, psychological contract violation, and the incentive effect of organizational justice on psychological contract and entrepreneurs are studied. Through the study of model establishment, the questionnaire, collect data, statistical methods are used for data analysis, the relationships and interactions between various factors in the model are discussed. We come to the conclusion and put forward countermeasures to the entrepreneur incentive.
