| 摘 要： | 业内人士皆知,加强供电可靠性工作并非仅仅是运行部门的职责。要想从源头上提高可靠性,科学的网架结构和电网建设也必不可少,而农村配电供电可靠性直接反映基层管电组织农网改造后的综合管理水平。因此,加强农村配电网供电可靠性管理是基层农电管理组织开展工作重中之重的任务。

| Abstract: | The relevant people all know that to strengthen the power supply reliability is not only the duty of the relevant operational departments. To improve basically the reliability, scientific grid structure and power grid construction, is also indispensible. The reliability of rural distribution power supply can directly reflect the basic comprehensive level of the modified electricity management organization. Therefore, strengthening the management of rural power supply reliability of distribution network is the basic work for rural power management organization. |
