科斯定理、货币异化和资源浪费

科斯定理认为,通过明晰产权和降低交易成本,可以实现外部性的内部化和资源的优化配置。本文认为:但在这个过程中,我们首先要解决一种特殊资源的产权问题,这就是货币资源。在一切资源均可以货币化的今天,如果货币资源得不到有效管理,那么,即使其他资源产权明晰,也会存在浪费。本文从货币异化的角度看待我国的经济发展,并提出了问题的解决思路。

Kos theory,currency dissimilation and source waste

According to Coase Theorem,the adoption of clear property rights and reduction of transaction costs, can bring about the internalization of exter- nality and the optimal allocation of resources. The thesis regards the clear property rights of currency resources are the preconditions, if it does not, be- cause all resources can be monetized in the current. Then, even if property rights of other resources is clear, the waste of them also occurs in practice .This paper inspect China's economic development from the standpoint of currency alienation and put forward some ideas to solve the problem.
