| 摘 要： | 发展生态城市是建设资源节约型社会,实现经济与社会可持续发展的有效途径。税收是促进生态城市发展的重要经济手段。文章从理论上对生态城市目标下税收政策的作用进行系统阐述,全面分析我国现行环境税收政策存在的问题,提出促进生态城市发展的税收调整对策。

| Abstract: | The development of eco-city is an effective way of constructing a resource-saving society and achieving sustainable development.As an important means of macro-control,tax plays a significant role in the development of eco-city.This paper theoretically discusses the role of the tax policy,comprehensively analyzes the problems in the environmental tax policy,and proposed the adjustment measures for the development of eco-city. |
