| 摘 要： | "三农"问题一直是我国政府最为重视的核心问题之一,怎样提高农业经济水平,怎样解放生产力提高城市化,怎样解决当前的农业经济问题等都是我们需要讨论与研究的,而以史为鉴,从欧洲老牌资本主义国家的发展道路中去粗取精,去伪存真,对我国当代农业经济具有极为重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The ＂three rural issues＂ has been one of the most core problems which is cared by our govern- ment. Now we need to discuss and research so many ques- tions like how to improve the level of agricultural e- conomy, how to liberate the productive forces to raise the urbanization, how to solve the present problems of agricultural economy, and so on. Experience learning from the history that discard the dross and select the essential from the development path of the old capital- ist countries in Europe, which has extremely important practical significance to contemporary agriculture e- conomy in china. |
