摘 要: | 文章针对数控机床在运行过程中出现爬行的一些问题,分别从不同的角度进行了分析和研究,并对所产生的这些故障进行了相应的解析.根据具体情况提供了诊断数控机床爬行与振动现象的方法和思路,为机床维修调试人员提供了诊断依据.具有实际的指导意义。

Abstract: | Aiming at the issue of vibration and crawling fault in the debugging or running process for a CNC machine tool,this paper analyzes the mechanism of the fault and gives the corresponding solution, By a large number of applications in machine tool, the method proposed is proved to be quick and efficient in finding the cause of failure and can solve the problem well. |
