| 摘 要： | 非正式群体具有规范约定俗成、稳定性不强和核心人物影响较大等特点,对大学生道德养成具有不可忽视的作用。高校要关心非正式群体成员的学习、生活和道德经验,注重正面引导核心人物,积极发挥非正式群体在大学生道德社会化中的正向作用。

| Abstract: | Non-formal group has the characteristics of conventional norms,unstable,and with the core leader having great influences,which can not be neglected in cultivating students' morals.University should show concerns for their study,life and moral experience,attach importance to positive guidance for the core leader and give full play to them. |
