| 摘 要： | 校企合作建立研究生就业实践实习基地一体化建设培养模式,能充分发挥各自优势,实现产学研一体化,培养研究生创新能力,提高其综合素质与就业竞争力。高校要明确基地建设理念,确立基地建设目标,加大建设力度,提高人才培养质量。

| Abstract: | The mode of the cooperative establishment of postgraduates' practice base integration by university and enterprise can give full play to the advantages of both sides,realize the integration of production,learning and research,cultivate postgraduates' innovative ability and promote their comprehensive quality and competitive ability in employment.University should make its construction idea clear,set goals for the establishment and strengthen efforts to promote talents cultivation quality. |
