| 摘 要： | 选用和计算1995～2010年相关经济变量和数据,利用计量统计软件E-views拟合索罗模型,得到安徽省经济产出基本函数,并测算出安徽省黄金律稳定状态下的储蓄率水平。安徽省要改变经济发展中储蓄率过高、消费需求不足的现状,实现黄金律稳定状态,应转变经济发展方式,积极致力于集约型经济建设;努力优化投资结构,提高投资质量和效益;改善居民消费预期,提高居民消费能力。

| Abstract: | The basic function of economic output in Anhui Province and its calculated savings rate in the steady state in the golden rule are made from the calculation of the related economic variables and data between 1995 and 2010 by use of E-views fitting Solow Model in the statistical analysis software.For the change of the high savings rate and consumption demand deficiency and the control of the steady state in the golden rule,Anhui Province is supposed to transform the economic development mode,devote actively herself to the intensive economic construction,try to optimize her investment structure for the enhance of investment quality and effectiveness,and promote the people's consumption expectation for the increase of consumption abilities. |
