| Abstract: | The article firstly put forward primary distribution was basis to achieve fair distribution in theory; stressed that reform of allocation of revenue inside enterprise is micro basis to achieve fair distribution in the field of primary distribution; in details discussed the property right basis to achieve fair distribution inside enterprise; and as a result, provided practicai guidance for China to resolve excessive income differential and achieve fair distribution. |
