高职教师在教学中存在的问题和对策

高职教育人才培养的关键在于不断提高教学质量。高职教师作为教学工作的从事者和主导者，是保证高职教学质量的关键。目前，高职教师在教学中普遍存在问题，主要体现在以下三方面：对高职教育认识模糊、教学理念陈旧；教学中高职特色不突出；不适应高职教学需要。针对存在的问题，高职教师应采取以下三种对策：不断更新教学理念，积极推进教学改革；不断创新教学模式，教学体现高职特色；不断提高自身素质，适应高职教学需要。

Higher Vocational Teachers' Problems and Solutions in Teaching

The key of higher vocational education training is to constantly improve the teaching quality.Higher educa-tion teachers,who engage in and lead the work,is the key to ensure high quality of teaching.At present,teachers inhigher education have prevalent problems in the following three areas: vague awareness of higher education,old tea-ching concept and not prominent characteristics of higher education and can not meet the needs of higher education.For the existing problems,vocational teachers should take the following three-pronged approaches: improve the con-cept of teaching,actively push forward the reform of teaching and innovate teaching models,reflect higher education characteristics,constantly improve their own quality of higher education,and meet the needs of higher education.
