| 摘 要： | 针对目前企业技术创新绩效评价方法和体系中存在的缺陷和不足,结合BSC的基本原理,分析了BSC用于评价高科技企业技术创新绩效的优势,从企业的战略角度对技术创新绩效进行评估,构建了基于BSC的高科技企业技术创新绩效评价模型和矩阵,有效地评估了技术创新对整个企业的贡献度。

| Abstract: | In order to salve the problems in the current performance evaluation system of high-tech enterprises' technological innovation,this paper analyzes the advantages of evaluating it based on BSC.A comprehensive evaluation framework and metrics of technological innovation performance in high-tech enterprises based on BSC are established,which contains financial perspective,customer perspective,internal business progress perspective and learning & growth perspective.It will provide for high-tech enterprises with strategic perspective to evaluate technological innovation contribution to the whole organization. |
