ON THE ENTERPRISES' MANAGEMENT INNOVATION IN THE KNOWLEDGE- BASED ECONOMY ERA

Management innovation means neforming or adjusting the outdated managing which are unsuitable for the development of productivity,for the improvement of the relations of production and for the demand of the market economy.It is of value,complexity,sustainability and flexibility.In this article,the author presents several main models of the management innovation in the current world,which are as follows:the suppositional management,the humanistic management,the risk management,and the global management.Based on these,the author then points out several main strategies should be taken in order to promote enterprises'activities of management innovation.
