Solution of Inventory Optimization Management for CHC Cement Group

Inventory management,one important part of production management,plays the great roles to reduce the enterprise cost;meanwhile,enhance the market competition advantage and economic efficiency.With the full investigation and analysis of the current inventory control status of CHC Cement Group,this paper reveals the existing problems of inventory management,and then raises the strategy and model to inventory control of CHC Cement Group.Meanwhile,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the inventory control strategy,it also adjusts the existing inventory operation process and organization,and updates the existing information management system to ERP system to cooperate with the implementation of new strategy of inventory management based on the combination of actual situation.
