| 摘 要： | 自1980到1999年,中关村产业集聚从幼稚到稳步发展,形成了独特的集聚模式,本文分别从外部干预、内在动力和形成路径3个角度分析中关村模式的独特内涵,在此基础上分析中关村独特的形成模式所引发的诸如行政网络错综复杂、产学研缺乏良好的互动,以及缺乏多样化的资金来源渠道支持技术创新这些问题,并提出了相应的对策,以有助于中关村进一步提高自主创新能力,也为其他高新区提供可借鉴的参考。 |
