摘    要:经济危机到来时,众多企业压缩开支准备过冬。在这种情况下,具有较高投资回报率和较好传播效果的口碑营销焕发出勃勃生机。结合当今社会互联网普及现状,探讨互联网对口碑营销的影响及企业在互联网模式下如何开展口碑营销。

Abstract:At the time when economic crisis arriving, many companies began to reduce spending. Word-of-mouth marketing, with high rate of return on investment and better dissemination of the effect is full of vitality. Combining with popular Internet social status and exploring the Internet on word-of-mouth marketing, as well as the impact of the Internet business model of how to carry out word-of-mouth marketing.
