| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了福建省三明市矿权市场建设的基本情况及其主要做法。分析了矿权市场结构。并针对三明市矿权市场的现状、特征及存在的问题 ,提出了改进矿政管理工作思路、加快矿权立法进程、加强矿权市场运作中的技术规范和标准体系建设、加强矿权市场治理整顿和国土资源管理队伍建设等对策建议。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces basic conditions and major measures in the development of mineral property market in Sanming city of Fujian province. In view of present situation, characteristics and issues in Sanming mineral property market, the paper offers the proposals for improving administrative manner, speeding up legislative process of mineral property, strengthening the development of technical code and standard of mineral property market, promoting regulation of mineral property market, and improving the development of land and resource management procession. |
