心理契约的研究进展

摘    要:在新经济时代,雇佣关系发生剧烈变化,违背心理契约的事件屡见不鲜,心理契约的研究开始成为学者们关注的热点.文章从心理契约的概念及其结构的争论谈起,较为系统地总结了理论和实证研究的新进展,并指出了现有研究存在的不足和局限性.

Abstract:In the era of new economy,scholars increasingly focus on the research of psychological contract facing the realities of the changing employment relationships and the emerging psychological contract violations.This paper starts from the concept of psychological contract and the debates of its structure,then summarizes the new development of its theoretical and empirical research aspects systematically.Deficiencies and limitations of extant literature are pointed out at last.
