混合所有制改革对中国经济高质量发展的影响

文章基于新发展理念和主成分分析方法,构建中国经济高质量发展的评价体系,探究混合所有制改革对中国经济高质量发展的影响效应。研究发现,非国有经济规模与经济高质量发展总指数呈显著U型关系,混合所有制改革引入非国有经济有助于中国经济高质量发展。分指数回归结果表明:非国有经济规模与绿色发展、经济开放指数呈显著倒U型关系,与创新、协调和共享发展指数呈显著U型关系;现阶段非国有经济发展对经济创新、绿色、开放和共享发展产生积极作用,而对经济协调和稳定发展影响呈负效应。总体来看,混合所有制结构优化对经济高质量发展具有显著促进作用。

The Influence of Mixed Ownership Reform on China's High-quality Economic Development

Based on the new development concept and principal component analysis method,this paper constructs the evaluation system of China s high-quality economy development,and explores the impact of mixed ownership reform on China s high-quality economy development.The study found that the scale of non-state-owned economy and the overall index of high-quality economic development showed a significant U-shaped relationship.The introduction of mixed own ership reform into the non-state-owned economy will contribute to China s high-quality economy development.The sub-index regression results show that the non-state-owned economy scale has a significant inverted U-shaped relationship with green development and economic openness,and a significant U-shaped relationship with the innovation,coordina tion,and shared development sub-index;at this stage,the development of non-state-owned economy has a positive effect on economic innovation,green,open and shared development,but has a negative effect on economic coordination and sta ble development.Overall,the optimization of mixed ownership structure has a significant role in promoting high-quality economic development.
