| 摘 要： | 促进居民消费的重点在于恢复居民的消费信心,保证居民较好的消费预期。居民消费倾向或是储蓄倾向的形成,在一定程度上受制于社会保障体系的完善程度。因此,只有完善社会保障体系,减轻居民预期支出的压力,才能进一步刺激居民消费需求的增长。

| Abstract: | The point which promotes the consumption of the residents lies in recovering the consumption confidence and promising a better consumption expectation.The perfect degree of the social guarantee system decides the formation residents' consume incline or save to incline on a certain degree.Therefore,it becomes a necessary choice to perfect society guarantee system,ease the pressure that the residents expect expenditure,then stimulate the demanding growth of residents' consumption. |
