Research on Supply Chain Strategies Based on Logistics Coordination and Information Sharing

This research probes into supply chain strategy based on physical flow coordination and information sharing.The MRP schedule of manufacturer is re-optimized and cooperation for replenishment decision-making among manufacturer, logistics provider and vendor could reduce inventory level substantially and improve economic profit In light of information sharing level and physical flow cooperation degree, five information sharing and coordination strategies are summarized.
