| 摘 要： | 后勤服务工作是高校开展正常的教学、科研工作的重要保障,而后勤服务费标准的高低既关系到整个学校的经费预算,也关系到整个后勤部门的切身利益.从浙江高校生均后勤服务费水平、项目(宿舍管理、绿化养护、物业)服务费标准对比对后勤服务费管理的现状进行了分析,认为后勤服务费的两种定价模式大包干和分类定额模式各有利弊,教育主管部门要加强管理与引导,及时发布相关信息,各高校要重视后勤服务费标准的制定和绩效考核,在服务费补贴标准制定中,区分公益性服务和经营性服务,进一步引入社会力量,真正实现后勤服务社会化.
