统筹甘肃省土地利用分区研究

研究目的：对甘肃省土地利用进行综合分区和管制分区，提出各分区内土地利用方向、战略对策和管制措施，为区域土地利用规划、生态环境保护与建设规划的编制提供科学依据。研究方法：采用主成分分析法对各县市的土地利用程度进行综合评价，采用空间聚类法进行综合分区，采用GIS空间分析法进行管制分区。研究结果：将甘肃省划分为7个土地利用区和7个管制区。研究结论：基于主成分分析与GIS空间分析方法的土地利用分区，是在综合分析与主要因子评价和地理区划相对一致性基础上，增加了土地利用分区研究的科学性和定量化水平。甘肃省今后的土地利用与规划应有针对性地提出分区管制措施及调控指标，统筹区域经济发展，缓解区域发展和资源环境间的矛盾。

Research on Land Use Zoning in Gansu Province

Abstract: The purposes of this paper are to provide scientific references for the making of regional land use planning, ecological planning by dividing Gansu Province into different comprehensive zones as well as of zones for land use control with different land use directions, strategic countermeasures and administrative measures. Comprehensive evaluation of land use extent taking counties and cities as units in Gansu Province was made by using principal component analysis while the clustering analysis was used for comprehensive division. The result of this paper is that Gansu Province was divided into 7 comprehensive land use zones and 7 zones for land use control. It is concluded that the land use division based on principal component analysis and GIS spatial analysis can improve the scientific attributes and quantification of researches on land use division. Gansu Province should make countermeasures for land use regulation and control to coordinate regional development and relieve contradictions between economic development and the protection of resouce and environment.
