| 摘 要： | 可持续发展战略是在单纯追求经济数量扩张的传统战略失败的情况下提出的一种全新的战略模式 ,是一种能够和谐人与自然关系的战略。实现可持续发展只能走生产力发展的绿色道路 ;发展绿色生产力要变革传统战略思路和理论 ;转变经济增长方式 ;树立环境伦理观 ;鼓励技术创新 ;加强法制建设和对环境的监管力度。

Green Productive Forces: Inevitable Road for Sustainable Development |

| Abstract: | The strategy of sustainable development is a new strategy model which is put forward when traditional strategy which ran after quantitative expansion failed. The new strategy is one to harmony the relationship between human beings and nature. The realization of sustainable development means the green road to develop productivity. In order to develop green productive forces, we must reform the traditional development view and theory, transform the growth model of economy, set up new moral of environment, encourage technological innovation and strengthen law building and environment supervision. |
