长江上游开发中重庆经济发展模式研究

长江开发战略是我国跨世纪发展的重要的国家战略。也是西部开发成功与否的关键与突破口。长江经济带整体发展水平较高,但区域内存在较大的不平衡,长江上游地区相对落后。重庆作为长江上游中心城市,要发挥其城市聚集效应就必须探寻和实践依靠内力发展地方经济的道路,寻求知识和技术为本的区域发展战略。重庆要加快企业集群的建构,增强集群效应与竞争势力;跳出农业看“三农”,促进工农业和城乡协调发展;实施循环经济,建立资源节约型产业体系;构建教育与培训创新体系,提高区域发展的技术创新能力和吸收技术的能力。

Research into Chongqing economic development model in the exploitation of Yangtze Upriver

Yangtze River exploitation strategy is China's trans - century important national strategy and is also the key and breakthrough whether western development is successful. The total development level of Yangtze Economic Band is high but there is big imbalance in this region and the upriver region is relatively backward. Chongqing, as a central city at upper reaches of Yangtze River, must seek and practice development of local economy by depending on self force if Chongqing wants to give urban collective effect into full play, must seek regional development strategy based on knowledge and technology, must accelerate construction of enterprise cluster, must enhance cluster effect and competence, must develop "Three Agricultures" by depending on other industries, must promote harmonious development between industry and agriculture and between cities and countryside, must implement circulation economy and establish resource - thrift - style industrial system, must reorganize education and training and must promote regional innovative ability and importing technology ability.
