| Abstract: | As the investor and user of construction project,it has the vital significance for the owner to accurately identify and to assess correctly the project's risk.The paper carries on the assessment and the sort in owner risk to use Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)and ABC classification,which enables the owner to know well and to establish priorities while guarding against the risk. |
