摘    要:在经济全球化形势下,面对跨国公司大举进入及其竞争优势,企业必须要依靠核心竞争力参与市场竞争。本文综述企业核心竞争力的基本内涵和作用,探讨多元化经营发展战略的模式和技术创新与核心竞争力的关系,提出培育和提升企业核心竞争力的基本对策。

Abstract:Under the situation of economic globalization, facing some muhi-national corporations' access on a large scale, an enterprise have to participate in market competition based on its core competency . This article summarizes connotation and function of core competency of an enterprise, discusses development modes of multi-business strategy and the relationships between technical innovation and core competency and proposes basic countermeasures about how to cultivate and promote core competency of an enterprise.
