| 摘 要： | 中国地区差距不断扩大是政府失灵的直接表现,即政府的干预政策和干预行为不仅没有实现公平的目标,而且还加剧了不公平.本文首先描述了地区差距扩大中政府失灵的表现,进一步分析了政府失灵的原因,在此基础上提出了缩小地区差距的相关政策建议. |

| Abstract: | Regional disparities are increasingly extended due to government failure across China. Goal of regional equalization has not fulfilled through government intervention. On the contrary, government policies are intensifying the disparities in China. My paper analyzed phenomena of regional disparities across China, and the causes of government failure in China, concluded some policy implications in the end. |
