Broad Band Salary: A New Sight of Salary System

Abstract:In order to improve the low efficency of enter prise organise and the decline of social economy, many management scientists proposed enterprise organization flatness as a new management stragety. While what followed is the obvious reduction of promotion and the loss of staffs' enthusiasm in working. Broad band salary arises at the historic moment as a new salary patten which adapts with the organization flat strategy. On exponding the concept of broad band salary, the author analyzes the superiority of broad band salary compared with traditional salary patten, and then puts forward the questions that our enterprises should pay attention to when carrying out broad band salary.
