| 摘 要： | 通过分析湖南汽车工业现状和发展环境，总结现行的技术创新模式，并结合当前主要的汽车工业技术创新模式比较分析，提出适合湖南发展需要的汽车工业技术创新模式：以技术引进为基础，以模仿创新为主要形式，模仿创新是湖南汽车工业的现实选择；以自主创新为追求目标；在组织方式上尝试整合行业内部资源，企业、政府、科研机构和高等院校多方参与的合作型创新模式。最后，分析了湖南汽车工业技术创新模式的实施对策。
