| 摘 要： | 融资困难目前已成为我国中小企业发展的首要问题。阐述了中小企业发展过程中融资难的现状,分析了存在问题的成因,并针对中小企业融资存在的问题,借鉴其他国家的成功经验,提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Hard financing has become the first issue to the development of Chinese small and medium enterprises at present.The article described the current situation of these enterprises which are facing financing difficulties during their development.It also analyzed the cause of the existing problems and gave some related countermeasures to these issues on the basis of the successful experience of some others countries. |
