| Abstract: | Through the analysis on the relationship between investment and technical change,we construct a model to explain China's long-term economic growth.The theoretical analysis suggests that China's long-term economic growth is mainly affected by two factors: the increasing rate of domestic investment and the economy development of countries which export technology.Our empirical analysis bases on the yearly data of China and America from 1995 to 2006. |
