| 摘 要： | 跨国采购中供应商选择的核心问题是确定选择供应商时所使用的评价指标以及具体的选择过程。将跨国公司在华采购时对中国供应商考核的标准设定为8项一级指标、25项二级指标,从而构成跨国公司在华采购中对中国供应商选择的综合指标体系。在此基础上,构建跨国公司在华采购中供应商选择三阶段理论模型。实证研究发现,跨国采购中供应商选择的三阶段理论模型是有效的。
