| 摘 要： | 国家于1999年设立了主要是面向科技型中小企业的风险投资创新基金。根据创新基金可支配资金有限,投资时要同时兼顾经济效益和社会效益的特点,在尊重专家评审意见的基础上,本文提出以资金分配方案对各项评价指标的综合贡献度最大化为目标,利用模糊动态规划来解决有限资金合理配置的问题。

| Abstract: | The innovation funds faced small and medium-sized enterprise of science and technology was set up in 1999, and its controlled capital was limited. When the innovation funds invest, it should give attention to economic benefit and social benefit at one time. According to the two characteristics and expert's evaluation idea, this paper bring forwards to utilize fuzzy and dynamic programming to solve the problem of allocating the limited capital, and then gains the most comprehensive contribution of evaluation indicators based on capital allocation scheme. |
