摘    要:随着现代社会的不断进步,激励管理在国有企业的发展中占据着越来越重要的地位,因为对于任何一个企业来说,人才都是发展的最根本保障,而人才资源管理中的薪酬管理对企业的发展有着极其重要的作用。而为了更好地进行激励管理在国有企业薪酬管理中的应用,论文主要从国有企业薪酬管理的现状出发,简要地介绍了一些激励管理在国有企业薪酬管理中的应用情况。

Abstract:With the continuous progress of modern society,incentive management plays a more and more important role in the development of state-owned enterprises.Because for any enterprise,talent is the most fundamental guarantee of development.And the salary management in talent resources management plays an extremely important role in the development of enterprises.In order to better carry out the application of incentive management in the salary management of state-owned enterprises,this paper mainly starts from the present situation of the salary management of state-owned enterprises,and briefly introduces the application of incentive management in the salary management of state-owned enterprises.
