| 摘 要： | 文章从供应链的角度出发。首先阐述了精益物流和六西格玛的内涵．随后将六西格玛引入到精益物流系统中。引出精益六西格玛物流的概念和内涵．最后又探讨了六西格玛在精益物流系统中的实施过程。旨在将六西格玛管理技术与精益物流系统相互融合．以实现整个供应链系统的最优化为最终日的。
