摘    要:文章首先分析了儒家文化的四个特征:家族取向、关系取向、权威取向和他人取向。并在此基础上进一步探讨了儒家文化对企业人力资源管理的理念、制度以及实践的具体影响。

Abstract:Confucian culture is in a dominant position in Chinese traditional culture for a long time and it penetrates every field in social life. This paper analyzes the four characteristics of Confucian culture, including family orientation, relation orientation, authority orientation and orientation of other people. Based on it, the paper makes a study of the influence of Confucian culture on thought, institution, practice of human resource management in enterprises.
