| 摘 要： | 本文研究国际软件外包的技术外溢效应。研究发现,我国企业承接国际软件外包获得了技术外溢的益处,提升了本土软件研发能力。在技术外溢的多种可能途径中,跨国公司的示范效应最显著。我们要坚持软件产业的对外开放,促进国内企业承接软件外包项目特别是跨国公司的外包项目,引进、消化、吸收国际先进的软件技术和项目管理经验,提升本土软件研发能力。
