| 摘 要： | 信息化是当今世界经济社会发展的大趋势,是覆盖我国现代化建设全局的重要战略举措。大力推进信息化,不仅是转变经济发展方式、建设创新型国家和构建和谐社会的迫切需要,也是产业优化升级、提高核心竞争力和实现科学发展的必由之路。2011年12月,中国注册会计师协会(以下简称中注协)出台了《中国注册会计师行业信息化建设总体方案》,全面启动行业信息化战略,以此作为提升行业服务国家建设能力,构建行业诚信体系,推动行业跨越式发展,实现行业国际化的有力举措。

| Abstract: | Dr.Wang Jun,Vice Finance Minister,states that informatization is a strategic move to bring the CPA profession up to a new level and comprehensively enhance its capacity to offer professional service.The successful completion of this project can only be achieved through top-level design,deliberate planning and systematic implementation and requires integrated teamwork.Dr.Wang stresses that informatization will promote the leaping development of the CPA profession and fully improve its competence of serving national construction. |
